Returns and Exchanges: We at DressHousee offer exchanges for all items, but only if you have received a damaged or wrong product. To initiate an exchange, please send a 360° opening video of the parcel via email to [harshitha12041994@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us at 9629219946. After verifying the video, we will proceed with the exchange process.
An exchange request for a damaged or wrong product without the opening video will not be considered.
Exchange Process: Upon receiving the damaged or wrong product, we will either send you a fresh piece or issue a credit voucher, based on your preference. The credit voucher will have a validity of 3 months.
Credit Voucher Issuance: Once we receive the items back, a credit voucher will be issued. Please note that this voucher will be valid for a period of 3 months.
Exchange Item Conditions: All exchange items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in rejection during the quality check. In such cases, the items will be shipped back to the customer with additional shipping charges.
No Refund Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than the receipt of a damaged or wrong product.
