Delivery

All the items on our website are readily available. Which means they will be shipped in 3 -5 working days. Once shipped it takes upto 3 - 7 working days for delivery. No cancellations can be made once an order is booked. if an item goes out of stock we can Isse a credit voucher only. The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.

We at Dresshousee offer exchanges for all items , only if you have received a damaged/ wrong product, please send the opening video parcel 360• over email only to ** or WhatsApp us 9629219946 . After receiving the product, a fresh piece/ credit voucher will be sent. An exchange request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration. once we receive the items back a credit voucher will be issued with a validity of 3 months. All exchange items must be unused, unwashed,unaltered and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failing to do so the items will be rejected during quality check and shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges. We have a no refund policy.
